Foshan Nanhai Jiawei Metal Products Co., Ltd. has a history of more than 30 years since its establishment in 1992, with strong economic strength. With the rapid development of business, the production scale has also been expanding. In the second half of 2001, the new plant began to be built, and was completed and put into operation in 2003. Now the company covers an area of 21800 square meters, including 9500 square meters of factory buildings, 780 square meters of office buildings and 2780 square meters of dormitories. There are 165 employees, including 46 engineers and technicians.

We are a focus on the processing, production and marketing of aluminum die-casting products, lighting parts, plastic products, die-casting molds, and plastic molds. In addition to meeting the needs of domestic manufacturers, the products are also exported to foreign countries, including the United States, Britain, Italy, Germany, Finland, Canada, Japan, the Philippines and other countries.

Our  main production equipment is as follows:

Die casting workshop: aluminum die-casting machines : two sets 180T , one set 280T, six sets 400T , two sets 500T , one set 630T; Zinc alloy die-casting machine: eight sets 15T , four sets 25T  and one set HT-238A , 25 sets in total.

Machining workshop: CNC machining center: 1 set CNC-1600, 2 sets CNC-1000, 3 sets CNC-800, 1 set CNC-400;  Injection molding machine: 1set US90S injection molding machine, 1set UN120S injection molding machine.

Mold workshop: wire cutting machines, EDM machines, grinders, sawing machines, milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, tapping machines, etc.There are total 73 kinds of machines
